Today is my last day on the challenge, and I’m not
planning to have a feast of all my favourite foods tomorrow, but to try and
meet my needs without waste.
Watching others waste food has been quite
frustrating when I have such a limited budget.
If we all only bought and used
what we need, food prices would fall for everyone – there is not a global food
shortage just unaffordable prices driven by overconsumption in rich countries.
